Router
Router enables you to make a list of links more visually interesting. There are two Router types:
Menu
Best Use: For the main navigation on your home page if you have fewer than nine menu items. Examples include the the campus life page and the academics page.
Menu will display a list of underlined links in a compact grid. It will also add the word MENU above the links. On smaller screens, the MENU label becomes a button that shows and hides the link list.
Visual Grid
Best Use: A series of three or more items with two or three sentences each and an image. Example: “Helping You Flourish” on the Health and Wellness page.
The visual grid setting is also a list of links in a grid, but with options for adding images. Add a short description below the link to give the reader more information about what they’ll find there. Optionally, add images above each link to make them more engaging.
- For a consistent look, add images to all of the links or none of them.
- Use horizontal images—if you use a vertical one it will be cropped horizontal automatically.
